This is among the easiest recipes for salty cakes – appetizing, rich in content suitable for breakfast as well as for afternoon tea. The best thing is that you can freely improvise with ingredients.
Products:
300 g flour, sifted
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
130-150 g Granada Padano cheese, grated
2 eggs
200 ml of fresh milk
15 pcs. Kalamon olives, pitted and cut
2 smoked Frankfurter sausages, small (finely chopped)
parsley to taste, sliced (the more, the better)
2 tbsps. sunflower oil
Preparation:
Mix all products by hand. The dough is thick and sticky.
In a muffin mold, I place two paper baskets (one on top of the other) in each opening. I fill them with the dough (not right to the top since the dough rises).
Bake in preheated oven at 200ᴼC. Shortly after the beginning of baking, reduced to 170ᴼC. I check whether the cakes are ready with a wooden skewer (or bake them until golden).
