30 pcs. with 8-10 cm diameter
This is a family recipe from my mother. I often prepare it for Christmas. It is very easy. If you are inexperienced in the kitchen, start with this fantastic honey temptation with a divine scent – a wonderful complement to the cup of coffee.
Products you need:
4 cups of flour (1 cup = 250 ml)
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of sunflower oil
2 tbsp. liquid honey
1 teaspoon of baking soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
From all products, I mix soft dough (by hand).
I form balls.
I place them in a tray, the bottom of which I have previously lined with greased baking paper.
The balls are about 3-4 cm in diameter. I leave sufficient distance between them as they flatten and increase their volume twice during baking.
Bake at 150-170ᴼC in a preheated oven. Baking time is short. I watch them constantly. They should get lightly brownish and gently crackle.
