Fast vegan snack for people with little free time and attitude to good food. It is suitable to be spread on a slice of bread, for starters or a side dish to the main course.

Products you need:

200 g sunflower seeds (peeled and soaked in water for at least 6 hours)

1/2 cup of olive oil

2/3 cup of water

the juice of 1 lemon

100 g of walnuts

1/2 garlic head

dill to taste (perfect match)

parsley to taste (the more, the better)

salt to taste

vinegar to taste (start with 1 teaspoon and try)

Preparation:

Drain the sunflower seeds and rinse them.

Blend all ingredients (without the parsley and the dill) in a blender/chopper to a homogeneous mixture.

Add the parsley and the dill, finely chopped.
