Recently, I rediscover the vegan dishes and lyutika is often present in my menu. This is a very pleasant autumn-winter dish (vegetables in a sаuce). My grandmother prepared it regularly. I prefer it as a main dish. I like to use different kinds of peppers and tomatoes.


3 pieces of leek

2 green Sivri peppers

2 Fefferoni peppers (the one is chilly)

1 sweet red pepper

3 stalks of spring onion

1 head of onion

2 pieces of Kamba pepper (red peppers)

3 green tomatoes

1 yellow tomato

3 small pink tomatoes

3 large red tomatoes

1 tbsp. of salt

black pepper to taste

3 leaves of bay leaf

1 tbsp. of smoked red paprika

sunflower oil to taste (the more, the better)

1 garlic head

1 bunch of parsley, finely chopped


Rinse, clean and cut the vegetables into large pieces.

Put them in a pan, add the spices and the sunflower oil.

Bake at 200ᴼC in a preheated oven until ready. Stir periodically.

5 minutes before it is ready, add the minced garlic and the parsley.

If it is sour, I add 1 teaspoon of sugar.

Sometimes, I add some tomato puree to taste. I do not use any water because the vegetables are juicy enough.
